Please use this form to request reimbursement for personal out of pocket expenses from the Elliott Elementary PTO for approved purchases towards PTO events and activities.

 

Reimbursement requests should be made no more than 30 days after purchase/expense has been conducted.

 

Reimbursements by the PTO cataloged and processed as quickly as possible; typically once a week.
